Professional Development Programme For NYKS Officers was organised at RGNIYD RC, Chandigarh.
45 NYKS Officers from 22 States participated in 12 day Professional Development Programme which was successfully concluded with new knowledge, skills, tools, and optimism to bring the desired changes in the lives of young people by transforming youth development into youth-led development.
The officers from 22 states participated in the programme with over 25 years of professional experience in youth sector. The goal of the programme was to produce high performing youth work professionals with motivation, commitment, knowledge and skills as change agents, facilitator, mentor and catalyst. It was a comprehensive, responsive, customized and multi-disciplinary capacity programme that improved the core competencies on wide range of areas guided by experts, professionals and scholars from diverse fields.
